This is my new go-to place for shredding. I brought the boxes in and they charged me five dollars for each standard file box. I just called them when I arrived, and a super nice guy named Austin met me at the back door. He even helped me unload 16 boxes from the back of my truck, open them, and dump them into the bins. They don’t shred the empty boxes, but there’s a dumpster right there if you want to dispose of them. I took my boxes home and recycled them. This place costs a lot less than the company I was using before. Between the price and the service, RW Lone Star Security has my business from now on.

I had arranged to drive 3.5 hours to meet a different company at an office I was closing, only to be completely stood up. After calling around in a panic, I found RW Lone Star Security. Angela sent her husband — not even the regular driver — who had been in a different city, just to help us out. He arrived quickly, they communicated with me the entire time, and he got the job done fast so we could get back on the road. Their pricing was actually lower than the other company, and they went far out of their way to help. They were amazing, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

RW Lone Star Security is awesome. Angela and her great team came through for us in a big way. We called her at 5:00 p.m. on a Tuesday because we urgently needed a shred truck. She immediately confirmed that she would have two trucks on site by 8:00 a.m. the next morning. They actually arrived at 7:45 a.m. and took care of four huge carts of documents. The team was courteous and worked nonstop until everything was shredded. Very professional with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them.

I called in the morning and they told me I could bring everything over anytime. I brought a few boxes and bags of old bills, checks, and paper. Dalton was great — friendly, quick, and careful with my documents. The pricing was excellent. Just be sure you meet the minimum.
I’ll definitely be back to shred CDs and hard drives.

RW Lone Star Security – Dallas / Fort Worth came out last year to help us host a successful Shred Day for our church members. When I stepped into my role as Business Director, I found dozens of old, partially destroyed records stored in the attic.
